Step 01

PRE-INTRODUCTION CALL

You’ll receive a call from your HR Consultant welcoming you to Happy HR. They will give you an overview of the process you will work through together.

They will also ask for any relevant documentation you may have (PDs, policies, etc).

STEP 02

INTRODUCTION CALL

You’ll discuss the strategic, financial and operational goals of the business so we can then establish the specific needs from every role in the business.

This allows the HR Consultant to go away and create powerful position descriptions for you.

STEP 03

DOCUMENT REVIEW

Your HR Consultant will present all the documents to you (Contracts, policies, PDs) to ensure you understand them and are confident they are reflective of your business needs.

STEP 04

SYSTEMS CHECK

You will review all key areas of the Happy HR platform to ensure they are configured exactly to your needs.

This includes modules such as your onboarding checklists, integrations to other software, reporting, Vevo checks and more.

STEP 05

KEY EMPLOYEE INVITE

Your HR Consultant will show you how to invite company admin and key staff members into the system.

This will help them become familiar with the platform and experience the process all employees will go through.

STEP 06

TRAINING

Training will be conducted with all key staff. They will be educated on where/how to get support if needed.

You will be shown a comparison or your original HR risk before Happy HR and current HR risk after implementation.
